This is the launching pad for “Recover and Heal!” an online community where all people who seek recovery from family dysfunction, adult children of alcoholics, food addiction, anger, and co-dependents can find useful resources, connect and fellowship, and find healing content in their journey towards healing. It will reach as many members as possible by using all available technology. It will be a safe and encouraging environment that values each individual’s choices for recovery.

hello–i wanted to let you know that i am splitting my blogs up–the original one is oging to be more for awareness and i started another one mre about my personal struggles and journey–if you want to check it out that is fine–if not that is okay too
